Revealed in an image of a new Resistance 3 Ps3 Bundle Sony will have a new online pass system simmilar to the kind you may have seen with Medal of Honor and Mortal Kombat. Here is what a Sony SpokesPerson said about it:
“We are always evaluating new programs for our online offering, and starting with Resistance 3 this September, we will be instituting a network pass program for PS3 games with online capabilities, This program will be game-specific. Games that are a part of this program will include a single-use registration code that grants the account holder redeeming the code full online access for that title.”
So there you have it. the pass system that many publishers use already will be headed to Sony to get revenue from used game sales. What do you guys think? is it important for Sony to earn revenue from used game sales or people who buy it used get all of the profit? Tell us in the comments below!
