Some great news right here for all those Ratchet & Clank fans, which goes along to commemorate its 10 anniversary since the release of the original Ratchet & Clank. We finally get to see a remastered collection put together which has the very first three adventures that started the epic saga.
You can expect to see Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, and Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, which will be all remastered by Idol Minds, who are working closely with the guys over at Insomniac Games to give you the best experience possible. A full 1080p HD remaster(720p steroscopic 3d support) will definitely be a nice bonus to all three games, as well as full trophy support, and the addition of bringing back some good old fashioned multiplayer from Up Your Arsenal.
The release of the collection will happen sometime this Fall in North America, which is too bad since their will be an early European release in the Spring. Still we are expect something special from Insomniac Games to help us celebrate the release of the collection and it’s 10th anniversary once that time comes around.
I’m glad to see a collection being made for one of the greatest game series of all time, and it will be pretty nice to play it in full 1080p HD for the very first time. We will be sure to keep you guys posted on any future news on the collection, so keep a lookout.
